KOOPAKETA, the First Meeting of Youth Cooperativism held last November, became an inspiring meeting point for young cooperativists. The initiative promoted by the Superior Council of Cooperatives brought together young people, cooperatives and various social agents with the aim of working on the future of cooperativism from the perspective of the new generations.
In that first edition, collaboration, participation and social innovation were the main axes. The participants had the opportunity to share experiences, create links and reflect on the challenges of the future, highlighting the role of youth in the transformation of cooperativism.
After the success of that first meeting, the second edition of KOOPAKETA will be held on July 2. This new meeting will aim to further strengthen the network among young people and build an active community around cooperativism.
