The Vicelehendakari Idoia Mendia and the President of the Higher Council of Cooperatives of the Basque Country Patxi Olabarria agree to reissue “a new agreement of intent as an instrument of collaboration between the Cooperative Movement of the Basque Country and the Basque Government, in order to contribute to the social construction of the Basque Country” .
